We all have bad moments at fast food places and this place is no exception, judging by some of the reviews. As for me, I’ve been coming here for 20 years and this was the first restaurant my kids ever ate at. The manager and his son run the place and his son has grown before my eyes into a decent young man who is pretty much running the place. This DQ is a local tradition and the food has always been hot and delicious, and the treats are exceptional.

Im very disappointed.. there’s a young girl that works at nights I’ve had 2 bad experiences with her she has horrible customer service, very sarcastic and rude.. she should not be working here with that attitude! it’s absolutely unacceptable and definitely stops me from going to this location something needs to be done, there’s other people who are very deserving of a job. I came through on Saturday April 8th at 10:40pm, i ended up canceling my order because of how bad her service was, I hope this gets fixed so that me and my family can enjoy coming through for a blizzard after a long hard day, no hate to this young girl no matter what you’re going through you shouldn’t treat ur customers this way.. god bless
