Brooo I can’t eat here no more lol I have had a messed up order before, Also food over cooked at times or soggy, which I can get over & give yall a chance because I know fast food is hectic.. BUT if you’re assembling the burgers with NO GLOVES on that’s where I can’t mess with this location no more. Pleasanton & Jourdanton both use gloves.. We ordered medium and small fries…but they gave us two small fries..Then we tell the guy we ordered medium and a small fries ..Then he told us that is medium and a small…How is that possible that a medium and small fries is exactly the same size..then you pay extra for medium for same size as a small.. Seriously this DQ doesn’t know difference between medium and small size fries..next time if i buy there again..I’ll just order everything small

Waited 20 minutes go get the wrong order. Then returned for my order they ended up forgetting my burger and waited another 15 minutes and not even offered anything for the inconvenience of it all. Wouldn’t be so bad if this was the first time something like this has happened but it’s the 3rd time and will no longer be going to dairy queen because of this

8:10pm on Thurs evening went to drive thru was greet and asked for my order, I placed the order when someone else comes on the speaker and says they are closed. I said someone just took my order, they replied back and said the cooks have turned off everything and they were closed. Fed up!! Making a corporate complaint.
