I usually like Dairy Queen but i went in for dinner around 8pm. I had my food in less than 5 minutes. The meat on the burger was very thin and borderline burned and it was obvious that it had been cooked earlier and had been sitting somewhere. The fries weren’t hot or fresh and those too had obviously been sitting for a while. Very disappointing.

This is the first Dairy Queen that didn’t give us a tray or a basket to hold our food on. Didn’t like the our burgers and fries were put straight on the table .considering the tables weren’t too clean. Too many employees standing in the back (3) talking while 3 people are standing in line waiting for someone to come serve them it took a man to go behind the counter to get an employee and it was the guy who does the drive thru. Still 2 females still stood in the back talking while I can see them as I eat… I know they like to talk but still it’s too obvious….need the owner to swing by unexpectedly now and then.

Do not go to this DQ!! Did not have what I ordered, only handed part of my order, had to go inside to get the other half of my order. The inside looks like you need a tetanus shot after being there. Try the other one in town before going to this dump run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they’re doing and nobody is clearly managing them.

I have been a restaurant general manager for 10 years and this place needs help! There’s one girl there that’s nice everyone else is rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Girl rolling her eyes at me cause I asked for ranch. I didn’t ask for a million dollars! A cup of ranch!
