Poor customer service. We were never notified that our banana splits were ready and after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter and asked if they forgot about our order. They said the banana splits were ready and were placed in a small refrigerator. They placed them on the counter and it was obvious they were MELTED. We asked if they could make new banana splits and they said that the melted ones were edible and tasted the same as a freshly made banana split. We had a little staredown and we did not get fresh banana splits. You be the judge of their service. Hopefully, you will get better service than we did.

Always good to go to Dairy Queen, I personally recommend the Royal New York cheesecake and the Oreo one, They will blow your mind! Only thing that I noticed different was the consistency of the ice cream.

I will not rate with not even a Star this ladies that you have in the drive thru are very rude they speak out about customers and forget to turn off the head set. Very bad customer service. Hope you all train your employees better customer service.

Drive thru took more than 20 minutes for blizzard. We received them all melted and 2 were not made as ordered. One was missing extra ingredient and the other they had ram out or ingredient for a veteran blizzard flavor
