Ask for a strawberry cheesecake was made poorly! Didn’t have enough strawberry syrup or the cheese cake bites. It was more like an awful blizzard, never was given a receipt. Fries was awful and steak fingers where cold.

Ive never had an issue with this location until today. I had the WORST customer service experience!! When I received my order it was wrong and I expressed to the cashier my order was wrong. Instead of apologizing or just making it right they asked me to pay an additional amount to correct my order. The audacity to ask a customer to pay for your mess up is unbelievable. I wasn’t asking for free food just for them to correct my order. I asked if there’s a manager I can speak to and the employee expressed they only had “someone in charge” and never once did they come to speak with me to correct their mistake. After holding up the drive thru line for ten minutes debating me on why I should pay a young lady rudely hands me a bag with my corrected order and closes the window. Didn’t say a word to me or apologize for the “miscommunication”. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and they didn’t show any accountability. Honestly unbelievable. I know in my line of work I would never treat my patients like that. Will never return here.

I go in this dairy queen often for lunch either drive through or walk in for a to go order. Every time I have received amazing customer service. Never had any issue with an order. The very few issues I have seen were always handled with respect leaving any customer satisfied. I do enjoy this location and will continue going here.

Only giving 2 stars because the food is good. But I came one time to get a pup cup for my dog and was given chocolate in it. I specifically said I wanted the pup cup FOR MY DOG. They gave me what they said was the pup cup. So I gave it to my dog not thinking anything of it. But when he finished I realized there was chocolate in it. Chocolate is poison to dogs.

The worst dairy queen I’ve been to. Long wait for 2 banana splits (45mins) and service is just super slow and unfriendly. They didn’t even give us bags for our order. Will take the 15 min. drive to the dairy queen near slaughter lane. They are more organized and friendly there with great quality unlike here.

The only issue I had was that the gravy was too watery, food was fresh and hot. Fries were good but felt they didn’t give enough for both meals. Beside the actually place being small it a nice little Dq but for the drive thru it bad when it busy. It right across from a 7-eleven so very convenient if you want to get gas first and then some hot food. Person at the drive thru taking the order sounded like she was tired or sleepy but when we putted up to the window, she seem nice.

The WORST Dairy Queen that I’ve ever been to. Cold food. Puddle of grease in the bottom of the chili cheese fries. Got 3 orders of fries and only got 3 ketchup packets. When I asked for more ketchup, they acted like I was asking for free food or something. This Dairy Queen is an embarrassment to the franchise. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Austin.

We come to this DQ almost weekly to get us a treat. It’s our guilty pleasure. Not sure why this place gets a bad rap. Staff is always friendly and courteous, even when Karens start raising their voices. Maybe it’s because of how “slow” it is. Ok so, it’s not as fast as fast food should be. But have you noticed their staffing? They can barely keep up. Even the cashiers are pitching in making the food/treats Hell, one day, I witnessed one cashier just straight quit (not the same day a Karen raised her voice). Felt bad for the kid as this DQ is always busy (lines are out the parking lot and onto the street).
