Walked in and no one is here to help me. 3 employees (including the blue shirt girl) look at me with “I hate my job” faces and never asked for me what I was here for. Blue shirt girl even came to the register where I was standing and rolled her eyes at me while switching the money out from the register to drive thru. Walked away from me and didn’t say anything. 5 min later and still no one to help me . Lost a customer for ever. So ghetto

Returning from an out-of-town visit, I was hungry and decided to stop at this Dairy Queen location. I arrived a bit early and realized the place didn’t open until 10:30 a.m. upon pulling into the drive-thru at 10:28 a.m. someone, whom I believe was Lexie, stated on the intercom that they would not open until 10:30 a.m. I said okay and persisted to wait in the same spot. She then got on the intercom again stating they did not open until 10:30 a.m. I responded and stated that it was only a couple of minutes away. There was no attitude or rudeness in my response. Two orders were placed exactly the same, but one Burger had cheese. Upon arriving home and eating my burger there was a piece of hair in my burger. Needless to say I couldn’t eat anymore. I called them and demanded a refund. Upon arriving for my refund, Lexiewas at the register looking very nervous. I am sure she purposely and intentionally put a piece of hair in my burger. The burger without cheese had no hair in it. This place has not been open long enough to have such horrible reviews. I have also reached out to the corporate office to inform them of this. I will never, and I emphasize never, be eating there again. If Lexie is doing horrible things like this, she needs to be terminated immediately!

We stopped in for some ice cream I ordered a sundae and asked for Oreo pieces to be added which I was willing to pay for and was told absolutely not we were not allowed! Also on their digital menu it say a banana split is $4.99 however we were charged $5.29 with no changes made to the ice cream. According to our receipt the employee name was Tomeka and she was very unfriendly and rude to not only us but other customers behind us. We won’t be back because when your paying for food/ice cream you don’t need to be treated poorly!!!

Dairy Queen lobby closes at 10pm. The girls in the back made eye contact but just ignored me. I waited 10 minutes before they acknowledged me, only to be told the lobby was closed and they didn’t have enough people to man the lobby (it’s 9:08pm). Do better guys, have better customer service and at least apologize for the inconvenience, people will understand just be truthful about it and don’t make us wait like fools for nothing. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
