The System
I am extremely frustrated and done at this point. Ever since they went under “new management”, I have had my order messed up 2 separate times and this last time was by far the most ridiculous. I ordered the nacho meal with very clear instructions given, they gave me the taco meal. I expected to have my receipt put in the bag as usual and there wasn’t one. I had also ordered my usual 2 grill cheese sandwiches with pickles ON the sandwiches. Normally, the original crew always had my pickles on my sandwich, no problem. This time around, I got a sandwich that looked like it hadn’t even been grilled and wasn’t warm with pickles that had been tossed into a cup that was barely snapped shut in the bag. I am fed up with this service and will not be returning to this location. They have not bettered their service, they have worsened it! The only plus side is the young lady who brought my food out to me was very sweet and polite.

The only negative was that I wasn’t asked what size burger I wanted. We both ended up with the Hunger Buster, but the Jr. would have been plenty for me. They were the best tasting burgers we ever had from a DQ!

Well ordered 2 blizzards its been 20 minutes and still no blizzards, lots of other people have gotten their food. I went and asked 5 minutes ago and got blank stares. Lets see how this turns out……..and the result? 25 minutes to get 2 small blizzards.

I ordered a burger, and a blizzard. When i got to the window, they gave me the blizzard and ask me to park at the end of the building. I parked there long enough to finish my blizzard and had to reverse back to the window and ask for my food again. When i got my food, i drove home just to find out they gave me the wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous.
