Lunch was provided by work. I aways get the taco basket. 2 of the group ordered the taco basket. Both baskets did not taste good at all. You know it is not good when both individuals spit out the food at the same time. We normally go to the DQ on South University which is always good and fresh. The store was contacted and said the had some one taste it and it was fine. The only thing they offered was to change out the tacos for new ones. The was so nasty there is no way that we would eat there again. The should of at least credit back the food. So the food was thrown away.

We had dinner there it & took some time to get our food but they were very friendly. There were tons of flies inside & out definitely needed some deep cleaning. One of the girls was on top of trying to wipe down tables. Before leaving, we bought an ice cream from the freezer, but we got it partially melted! It really needs a deep cleaning or remodeling.

We showed up about 20 minutez before closing and I understand people are ready to go home but if your open till 10PM you should greet last minute customerz the same as customerz from 5 o’clock. The cashier was kinda rude to the customerz ahead of us stating “we close in 15 minutes”. Ok cool, I wasn’t planning on eating there anyway because they already had few people in there and I only wanted a banana split. After she took our order and reminded us they closed in 10 minutez she went on to do what appeared to be closing duties. Spilling a bucket of water on the floor. We waited for another 7 minutez before she asked us “what did you guyz get, blizzards right?” So I repeated our order and she stopped doing the floor and I guess got our ice cream together. She handed us our ice cream mine was open never closed. So we asked for spoonz and she replied “we close in less than 5 minutes.” I then repeated “we are leaving but we need spoonz.” Guyz if you don’t wanna be there or don’t want to work don’t go. You would never last on my management with that horrible of customer service.

I haven’t been in a long time. We used the drive thru for blizzards. They’re always good. They still turn the blizzards upside down before they give it to you. I honestly didn’t think anyone would care anymore. They don’t skimp on the candy and they’re always well mixed. No unmixed pockets of vanilla ice cream to be found.

I ordered a jalito burger w/onions rings and steak finger basket with blizzards. Thought everything was there then I get home and my husband open his burger to see it was just regular cheeseburger that look like a junior burger. But yet they charge for the jalito burger but the time I got home they were close because I call as soon as he open his food no answer of course. Never again will order any of their food again.

She was rude dismissive, never let me finish a sentence while I was trying to order and never even bothered to pay attention to what size I wanted or asked. Ice Cream is always a favorite mine is the Turtle Blast. Dairy Queen has it’s own flavor. It’s always been a family favorite… Individuals are also welcomed. It’s hard to choose when hungry, Everything is So Good. The Staff has always been so friendly and patient. Come and Enjoy a meal…and Ice cream. Having a get together “Ice Cream Cakes.” Steak fingers, Tacos, ect…. for Baseball; Football or any other game night.
