I went and bought a friend and I lunch it cost $37 bucks and change for 2 blizzards and 2 burger combos. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive through, only to see everyone who had come after us…. get their food and leave. We didn’t get the right burger on one… and my burger was cold af… I told the cashier when she brought out our order that that was unacceptable… I asked for her to comp me 50%. She said she would ask management… she came back and informed me that “they don’t do that here”. I should have went in and got my money back. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER EVER go back.

Omgggggg the staff was so awesome I never experienced a crew like them at any restaurant. They did great in all departments. The manager there was absolutely amazing. I will definitely eat there again . My hats off to them. Restaurants across the world needs to get pointers from that crew that night. Please for God shakes do this and I’m serious give these pple raises all of them .

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough large blizzard. I received little bit of cookie dough lots of ice cream no chocolate chips and somehow a few walnuts mixed in. Not very happy. I am a dairy Queen regular. This is not common but nonetheless it happened. I’m not complaining about the overpriced unremarkable hamburger meal that I consumed. You should be able to do the thing that you’re known for and is part of your name without fail.

The food and the service was atrocious, the ice cream was melted and all over the place. The food was half of what it should have been, a splash of gravy. The employees acted high, and unprofessional. The place was disgustingly filthy. We won’t be back. I will let everyone know how disgusting and bad it is.
