Literally needs all zero stars ZERO!! Where to begin. Got out of work late says they stay open till 11 we got there at 9:42. They went ahead and took our order didn’t say anything about closing. So the guy taking our order was nice but the other staff were so rude. My mom is disabled and had to rush due to the staff looking at us very ugly and making comments. Even my son who is 8 and has more manners and common sense said why is she looking at us rude. If you didn’t wanna serve us you should of just said sorry we’re about to close. But instead took our order and looked at us ugly! I’m trying to be as nice as I can explaining this. Sorry this is the worse dq you can eat at! This is why they’re never packed. I don’t know how they stayed open this long. Next time I want food this late I rather take my business else where. And the nachos disgusting were cold and just plain nasty!! Go down the street that DQ is better than this one. Another thing yall need to update yalls time on here.

We went into this location on Florida and Big Spring St earlier this evening for ice cream and I was disgusted by the complete disregard for the customers view in terms of cleanliness. Along all the window ledges in the dining area were dead flies, I’ve attached a few pictures. Throughout our dessert, I saw employees touching their face, wiping their nose, digging in their ear – all while handling food. I asked to speak to the manager about the state of the dining area, the employee I asked came back to ask me what I’d like to speak to the manager for. I explained that the 30-40 dead flies on the ledges was disgusting and it’s a health hazard as well. I, too, work in the restaurant industry and I understand getting busy and peak hours. However, all I got were excuses about why there were flies, dirty tables, trash on the floor, and full trash cans in the lobby.

Good food, and better people! Ordered food in the drive-thru then realized I forgot my purse (and I live 50 miles away!). Tried to use the debit card number my Husband sent me but they were having trouble with it. A wonderful woman working there, with a beautiful soul, offered to pay for my food. I was so touched by her kind jester. In today’s world it’s nice to know that there is kindness to be found. Luckily, the manager was able to use my card and pay the bill. What a great experience.

I do love Dairy Queen but this location is always understaffed and slow. Staff can’t be friendly running from drive thru to front and serving all the food. Plus only 1 person cooking so cashier also has to make all the ice cream dishes going out.
