Excellent job the young man that took my order polite & smiling took my order and got it perfect the first time. The cook prepared it exactly how it was ordered. The young lady that handed it to me was extremely polite, smiling & provided me with condiments, a hot, fresh meal for my to go order that I came in and ordered. 07/26/23 around 6-7pm. Buckin’ Beef
They were busy when we stopped but taking 15 min to just take the order and there was 4 people working between the window and the front cash registers. They were very rude and gave customers ugly looks. The chicken tasted old like it had been sitting a bit.

Rude rude employees talking about their customers except for asking if we needed anything else or if they could help us in anyway because I knew we were late for our order ! Older lady at that (lead by example) and hoping she’s not a manager because she was the main one. From having customer experience I didn’t complain about food being cold because I knew I was late coming from out of town. She stood there talking about us not knowing how loud she was! Food was still good. But thanks for the great customer service 😉
