I went in to order some food. Before I could walk in a young blond gal met me at the door and snarked at me I couldn’t come in with my bicycle. Rude before I could even critique the service or food. I find it ironic the signs requesting for people to be kind to the kids that work there yet the kids that work here are snappy and nasty little buggers. The owner seems to have given these kids full reigns on how they think they need to treat and talk to people. I would go on further with what I think of the service and the snappy child but needless to say, you’ve been warned.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in over 35years of coming into different Dairy Queen’s across the country. Hanna, hands down, demonstrated the worse customer service and customer experience I’ve ever seen or experienced anywhere! Her management skills are nonexistent and attitude towards her employees and customers (the door dasher before me, myself and the couple that was behind me) are absolutely awful and unacceptable to say the least. Her lack of leadership and respect for anyone(including herself, she should feel ashamed) are lead examples of how someone should not behave in public much less a place of business. I hope that the upper management, owners and corporate all realize how unfit of a person she is for the role she is in much less an employee in general. I’m in management and have been in leadership positions for over 20 years and could never imagine treating myself, an employee or a customer in the same way she has. She must’ve lived a quite privileged life to feel comfortable behaving the way she does. Her attitude and behavior are enough to incite violence in the most peaceful of people. I hope that someday she learns to curve her attitude and realize that she is not special. The young man Tyler, was a outstanding example of a employee and customer service ambassador. He is a better candidate for management that she will ever be and he stated he had just started. He even had to apologize on her behalf, attempted to correct the situation(within his ability) and do everything he could to make it right which she prevented from happening. The world and DW needs more Tyler and less Hanna. If I could have given 0 stars for her and 5 for him I would. I surely know I will not be returning to the Cañon city Dairy Queen anytime soon and will be recommending the some to the people in my circle…

Spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. When I pulled up to order, I asked a genuine question on if the twist cone had half vanilla and half chocolate icecream so instead of answering my question they sell me a dipped chocolate cone which would have been good but it was a soggy cone and it was half melted when they handed it to me. Very disappointed in the service tonight

25 minutes locked in a drive thru? If I could have driven away I would of. Ordered 4 medium blizzards for $30 is kind of ridiculous really but par for the course in today’s world. Person at the window was indifferent to us sitting in line for 25 minutes in 95* heat. Likely won’t be back.

Passing through town, grumbling tummy, we were craving something yummy. The place was sparkling, nice and clean, taken care of by a hard working teen. Wife got a burger, I wanted strips, got to choose from a variety of dips! All of it was good, I ate like a slob, man these kids do a good job. So if you’re in town, and want some good food, go see these guys, AND DON’T BE RUDE!

I’ve always loved Dairy Queen’s tender meals. Just went through and the gravy was literally as thin as water. Can’t even call it gravy. When we called management said that all their gravy was like that and there was nothing they can do about it. They explained that the gravy would be like that from now on. If corporate Diary Queen is going to make gravy like that then I’m not going back. I poured it out it was not worth keeping. Whoever reads this please pass it to the corporate office.
