What a fast food and hamburger joint should be. High-quality, affordable, Unlike McDonald’s and their corporate welfare. You can get a great $7 lunch here with chicken or burger, fries. Drink and ice cream. The place is CLEAN and great customer service. I’ll never go anywhere else again on the I95 main drag.

Yes yes I know 5 stars? Well I’ve always loved a juicy growler with onion rings and DQ does it great. Crispy rings that allow you to bite through and not drag out the onion hmmm hmmmm. That’s my grab a bite jam. Staff was super friendly!! If you’re in the area this is your lunch spot.

Terrible experience! Not only did I pay $21 for one 4 piece chicken strip meal and a side of fries…they got the order wrong. When I went in after spending 20 min in the drive thru I was told “you should speak more clear”. You can go to a nice sit down restaurant and spend less for better service!

The young kids working were nice and polite, that’s not where we had the problems. The food we were given was old, and had been sitting in the warming try for quite awhile. Nothing was fresh. What should have been a quick stop for dinner turned into an hour long ordeal. We got home, she the food, called and complained to the manager. She was rude, and said they were busy. We get that, it was 6 pm. Then she said that she didn’t like the assumption that the food was old, no mistake about it, so was the cooking oil. You could taste how stale it all was. We try back, 7 miles each way, the manager won’t come out and talk to us. She ran and hid, had an experienced young woman come do a refund, since the food was not going to be eaten. The manager had her do it in an incorrect way, and it ended up charging me again. So I had to go back in, hadn’t left the lot. We ask to have it corrected, the manager see us and goes, ‘now what?’ The girl explains, manager yells a curse word and disappears again, about 10 mins later, she gets both transactions voided. I have no issues with any of the young employees there. It is all on the manager, while waiting to get refunded the employees had issues with at least 3 other orders. Some had made it home as well. So after an hr or longer and driving 28 miles total we still had no food. We are done with this location. Not the first issue, but this manager needs more training and to learn to take responsibility and not hide and make the young people deal with the problems.

Your food is too expensive to chintz on making it correctly. Please train your employees better on how to properly measure and blend your Blizzards. When 3 quarters of the cup is unblended vanilla soft-serve, you shouldn’t be charging $6 for it.

My thing ever since I worked at DQ years ago is the Cotton Candy blizzard with stupid extra syrup. This can be surprisingly difficult to achieve. Some places just won’t do extra even when I say, “Charge me for 3x the flavor, ” and act like I’m That Guy, no matter how nice I am. Today I ordered my usual and they Delivered. Absolute Perfection! Delicious! I didn’t even have to be annoying, they just put in SO MUCH flavor and I hope whoever made it somehow hears about this review and knows they made my dang day. This is one of my all time favorite things and you Nailed It!

I was in the drive through line waiting my turn to order behind 6 cars with 4 behind me. Was told when I got to the speaker they were closed even though I had been waiting 10 minutes to order. Management was spoken to and my business was evidently not important. Sad, that they could not fill two ice cream orders or even acknowledge that cars were waiting before closure. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
