I ordered pretzels with quedo. I got served a side of gravy with it. Peppered gravy. I thought how bizarre. They don’t serve gravy so I’m assuming their truck order got messed up. Me being a GM of a different restaurant I called and asked to talk to the manager , then to be informed that their manager was on vacation, that they had no shift leads, no one there at all in management and that “this place is a mess, what do you want”

This location is terrible. They said they don’t have a blizzard anymore that’s still on their menu. Then, we repeated a blizzard and the toppings we wanted on it 3 times. When we got it, there was no whipped cream on it. The employee somehow didn’t hear whipped cream after we repeated the order 3 times. Then we realized there were no pie pieces in it. We went back to have them fix it. He acted like he’d never heard of pie pieces (even though we repeated it 3 times as part of our order). He got the manager who didn’t speak English. The employee has to translate back and forth. They said they don’t have pie pieces. Why didn’t he tell us they don’t have them when we repeated our order 3 times to him? The location we usually go to has pie pieces. One time we came for food and ice cream. They told us their kitchen was closed and they were only serving ice cream, it was 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. We decided to still get ice cream, but then everything we tried to order, they were out of some kind of topping. Zero stars.

The first person who came on to take my order was so rude. I was the only car in the drive thru and I needed a moment or two to look at the menu and she told me to “come inside”. So rude!! Someone else actually took my order and gave me the wrong size Blizzard. Never coming back to this DQ!!

I have been here 7 or 8 times in the last two months so here’s an accurate review. The food here is decent, it’s Dairy Queen. If you want a burger and a shake it’s a good place to go. The last two blizzards of the month, s’mores and mint brownie are probably the best I have ever had. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food, and the staff especially the mangers are some of the nicest people you could ever meet.

Ordered at the window, they said to pull forward. We pull forward and wait ten minutes, nothing at the window, no please wait. I assumed hmm maybe they lost the order? So I backed up to talk to them again since no one was behind me and it seemed like a slow day, just for them to tell me please wait. I pull forward and wait another few minutes, for them to finally open the window and hand me a completely melted blizzard. He didn’t even attempt to flip it upside down. We also ordered a banana split which they handed to us totally melted

We’ve now had two bad experiences with the same shift manager and based on some of the other reviews it seems we’re not alone. Each time we had a deal we were using, he got confused about how to take the order and then turned around and criticized us for his mistake. Also in each instance he then did not apply the discount and quickly finalized our order without giving us an opportunity to modify it in light of the revoked/ignored discounts.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I never leave reviews but this was so bad. This was my first time here and the girl that took my order was so dumb. I told her I wanted the combo with cheese curds in stead of fries. She charged and gave me just the sandwich and charged for the curds. I told her that it was wrong and if she could change it and she looked at me and said no. I talked to the manager and he gave us a refund but still did not try to make it better and made us pay for my 85 cent blizzard. Word customer service ever.
