It’s really nice to have a DQ in Williams. This location doesn’t have indoor seating (except for some benches to wait for your order at). There are several benches in front and along side the location. The staff was friendly and quick. We order a peanut butter cup blizzard and peanut butter shake. They made them quickly and they were both great. It’s a great pick for an ice cream treat.

The food was not good and two of our orders were wrong. Our burgers were incredibly overdone and burnt, they put toppings on it after asking them not too, and our chicken was very very dry. The girls made the ice cream and then left it out and let it melt while making our food. They were also gossiping and making fun of customers loudly while slowly making orders. While waiting for my food I watched the workers mess up other customer’s orders and not try to fix the issue. Overall very poor service and quality, disappointing to see employees care so little about there job or the quality work they do.

Total fail today. My family and I visit on a regular basis. Yesterday our order was wrong, and once again today, our order was seriously wrong. First time I got the Burrito Supreme, in every sense of the word, the is nothing Supreme about this Burrito. Ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget, extremely small size nuggets and only one dipping sauce, which had a hole in the bottom of it, how do you not notice something so obvious when putting it in the bag? Ordered a Banana and Vanilla MooLatte and got a Vanilla and some other Coffee flavor?? What’s the deal? Where has the service and quality gone? Why would we come back if you can’t provide the same value and service you always have. As I said before, Total Fail Dairy Queen!!

I do not recommend for you guys ordering their burgers and fries but the fries had a lot of unhealthy grease and when I took a bite out of there burger it was not cooked so please do NOT order any burgers and fries at this location only the ice cream is good but not the food!!!
