My daughter and I always enjoy a sweet treat at Dairy Queen. My daughter loves chocolate dipped, chocolate ice cream. I like the twist. My daughter always tastes mine and says that’s really good, I’m gonna get that next time. She still always gets the chocolate dipped in chocolate. Last time she added a pretzel to bring home and share with her grandma. It’s really fun to pay for the person behind you. We can’t do that often but we have done it and enjoyed it. We have also had the person in front of us pay for ours. That’s what gave us the idea. The banana splits are amazing. We usually enjoy everything here. My dad is obsessed with blizzards.

I do not not generally leave bad reviews, I have been in some kind of customer service my entire life and it does not sit well with me. That being said I grew up in dairy queen as my mother owned a DQ location in CO where I grew up so I know how things should be. Tonight my family and I decided to take a nice 10 block walk to DQ after the rain storm, we arrived at 740pm, my 10 year old daughter and husband walked in while I stayed outside with our dog. They walked out and said they would not be able to get icecream as the staff said they were closed. I walked over to the door to check the hours only to have the kid working meet me at the door to tell me they close at 10 but will only help drive through customers since one employee was leaving shortly. I explained we walked and specifically came just to get my daughter icecream and I asked them to please make my daughter an icecream seeing as we arrived prior to them closing or even locking their lobby. We were denied by the kid working, this is the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced and the owner and management should be embarrassed. I am sure glad that my staff never would have treated a single paying customer this way.

Honestly, the fries are bland and boring, the chicken, dry. The only food besides ice cream I will eat is the pretzels and queso dip, which they serve cold sometimes when it’s supposed to be warm. The blizzards are not as full of toppings as they used to be, which is a taste disappointment. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years now, and the service is ALWAYS horribly slow, but the people are nice, usually, so they must have an understaffed issue that seriously needs to be resolved. It’s usually clean when I’ve gone inside, and staff friendly, so I gave atmosphere 4 stars

My wife and I stopped in for a bite around 7:30pm. The drive-thru was busy, the inside had a line but you never felt a bit of it. The atmosphere was clean and calm. No one was yelling or appeared overly rushed. Bethleah was pleasant, cheery and thorough. Our order was prompt and correct the first time. We were very happy with our visit overall and I wanted to give a special mention to Bethleah for her positive service and competency.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Horrible, worst experience in any drive through I’ve ever been in. Sat in line for over 25 minutes (couldn’t leave because we were trapped between cars). People were being served faster walking in to the restaurant, there needs to be someone managing the inept employees. The owner needs to figure out a way to improve the service here.

It’s Father’s Day, we pull up before 830 and they close the whole store down. Their store hours say they close at 9pm. I’m sorry but if you say you close at 9pm you take customers until 9pm. I have worked food service. We were never allowed to turn away customers prior to our posted closing time.
