Slowest Dairy Queen in the civilized world and that is quite an achievement. Dinning room randomly closes and they won’t let you do separate orders through in the drive thru.

Kids loitering inside restaurant asking customers to buy them a burger. Whatever teenager (girl) that was mgr. was letting 3 boys loiter at counter & eat food w/o paying & go behind the counter & get what food they wanted. Dirty inside restaurant. Not busy at all. I definitely won’t be back to this DQ ever. We used to be 2-3 times/wk but never again!!

Honestly one of the worst dairy queens I’ve ever been in. The service is terrible, the workers are disrespectful, and they take way too long on your order. Would not recommend.

In line f o r e v e r . Managed by children. People in line yelling, and kid staff laughing at the angry customers. Plastic TIPS cup taped to the druve-in window. I’ve been there 3 times and its the same every time. Absentee franchise owner does not care AT ALL. I’m writing a complaint letter to DQ for the franchisee’s complete lack of responsibility to the customer. Bathroom was disgusting. I wonder what else doesn’t get cleaned. Shame on this joke of a business.

Waited 15 in front of staff with no other customers and I was ignored by 3 female employees. They kept talking, looking at me, and ignoring me. Worst degrading service ever. Then I walked out .

This place never has what you want on their menu they are always out of everything if I were the frugal man and wanted to order something to place a review they would fail every time..

absolutely awful. i bit down on someone’s press on that had fallen off into my blizzard (see picture!)! when i tried to tell the restaurant they didn’t seem to care! i called corporate and THEY didn’t care either.

Purchased three small blizzards. 2/3 had multiple hairs in them. The staff was kind but I can’t forgive multiple hairs in each blizzard

Seriously only go here when I don’t have the ability to go somewhere else and just need something quick to eat. Not even 8:30 and the drive thru already plays “sorry we are closed” message. When it doesn’t it takes them 5 minutes to answer the intercom even if there is only one car ahead of you. I think this is more of staffing shortage than on the employees themselves but the owners need to step in and help this place out.
