Good food, slow drive through, not always the most welcoming staff. The biggest thing for me I just can’t seem to get over is that the no longer have chocolate ice cream!! I mean what the heck!? It’s a ice cream place that doesn’t serve chocolate ice cream!! It seems absurd to me! I understand the cost and what not but I just feel like if your going to sell ice cream as a main product, you should definitely have chocolate ice cream! Dairy queen has for now lost my faith because of the lack of chocolate ice cream, I say bring it back and we’re all good

As many of the existing reviews have stated: WAY too long of a wait time, even for the most simple orders. They weren’t busy, I could see 2 or 3 employees standing around talking. Sadly, when I finally received my order, the food was NASTY – stale, cold, & burnt. The ice cream treat had mostly melted and it wasn’t mixed. My first visit to this location will also be my last.

I waited 25 minutes after being the first person in the drive-thru for a 6 piece chicken strip. I wasn’t going to write this but they still only gave me five out six strips. Like come on you’re going to make someone wait that long at least hook them up with an extra two.

Absolutely awful, ice cream is soup, paid 10$ for basically milk. Servers obviously don’t care. This is after giving them a second chance. Last time we waited for 45 min for our food and they turned us away saying the system was down. They will not get a third chance. (Only a 1 star because I can’t give a zero)

Place was absolutely packed after what seemed like a track meet. Literally a dozen cars in the drive through and at least 1 team packing the inside. The staff handled it all like a champ, getting at least 1 order out every minute. 2 people had very minor mistakes (1 of which wasnt the staffs fault) and they took care of it immediately. My order was perfect, even with the slight modification. I appreciate the staff that worked tonight.

This location has got to be in the top 2% of the worst Dairy Queen Franchised locations. You can tell there staff is never trained. There is never a manager in the store and there shift leads are not even properly trained. They are constantly out of product like Strawberry topping for instance. This location is rarely opened Inside for an eat in option. Some staff can not make blizzards properly and never mix them and to get white ice cream and everything else is o the bottom of the cup so you have to mix yourself. I think they seriously need a random secret shopper or someone from the corporate office to just show up and see how this store is truly running. Don’t give them the chance to be prepared and make you see what they want you to see. As a family who worked as GM’s for restaurants this location should be closed down until every employee is properly trained. Along with management being trained by corporate officials. Please DQ Corporation look into this location.

We stated we had a mobile coupon we wanted to use prior to ordering. We placed our order with Audrey and drove around the building and waited to get up to the window. We had the coupon pulled up on the phone and showed it to her the numbers for the coupon. She said she had to have the barcode and refused to accept it. It states on the coupon that the barcode or numbers is needed to apply the discount. When we pointed this out to her she said well I already cashed you out so there is nothing that can be done now. If she would have taken the time to actually read what the coupon said she could have applied it. She felt that laughing and joking with coworkers was more important than customer service. Very disappointed with service here lately. I really hope that they hire more mature workers soon as customer service has really gone down hill lately here. These high school girls rather talk, joke around and play around right in front of the drive thru window than act professional and make sure the customer is satisfied with their service. The only reason I go even back occasionally now is for the good food they have.

Ice cream machine was serving up liquidy sloppy blizzards….. wouldn’t hold upside down. BUT, the group of teens working inside this location are so polite calm and quiet that it felt like we were at someone’s house. No beeping, buzzing, yelling, just 4 teens working away silently and diligently behind the counter. I even went out of my way to verbally acknowledge their manners on the way out. Impressed! Just fix the ice cream machine please….
