We don’t eat fast food often so when we do, it’s a special treat. The drive through took over 20 minutes, so probably should have gone in. My son ordered a plain burger and it came with everything on it. We had to drive back to get a plain one. My other son’s chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets. His garlic bread had a stick of butter on it too. It was almost as if they were trying to get me to write an awful review on google for them.

They close at 9 and I pulled in after a very long day of driving, at 8:56pm. I couldn’t believe how incredibly nice they were when I apologized for arriving so late! The young man at the drive through told me, “no worries, it’s fine!” Honestly I was so impressed by their attitude, im reviewing before even receiving my food! I am sure it’ll be fine, but I really value customer service and I am really appreciative that they were so nice!

The young lady taking our order was quick and efficient. But it took more than 15 minutes to get our food. Then, the French fries weren’t fresh, and the chicken strips were luke warm. We ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket, and got only 4 pieces.

Food was not fresh. Bun on the burger was hard. It seemed like the burger had been sitting under heat lamps for a while. The service was great and the place was clean. There were a few people inside and cars in the drive-thru.

This particular Dairy Queen was awful. We were the only one in the drive through. No one came by the whole time e were there. When we got to the window they said it would only take another 4 mins for our order. We had to wait WAY LONGER then 4 mins. When we finally got our food it was all cold. I don’t understand how that can be. If we were wanting for them to finish cooking our food how can it come out cold!? We will NOT be going back to that Dairy Queen. Again. Now don’t get me wrong … Ice been to a few other different Dairy Queens & they are usually a great place to get a char-boiled cheeseburger.

We are understanding and generally very patient people, but from the moment we got in line at the drive thru – it took approximately 25 minutes to get to the ordering box (we were 2-3 cars back) and then it took another 20-30 minutes to get our food (we only ordered a 4-piece chicken strip meal; that’s it)!

The deluxe cheese burger was really good. How ever the chicken strip basket was a joke. Pay 7 dollars and the 3 strips were not much bigger then a McDonald’s chicken nugget and They where hard. Almost couldn’t see the chicken with the fries. And the fries where really small and not good tasting. I was disappointed. Definitely would not suggest getting their chicken strips l.

The absolute worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for the wrong order, stale buns Cheese not melted and patty cold in the middle. It was clear at this restaurant minimum wage should be lowered instead of raised. 10/10 would not recommend. If negative stars were an option I’d use it

Ordered two blizzards for curbside and we waited for a good while after estimate time. I watched 4 workers standing talking with only two cars in the drive thru. And when called to tell them I was there they asked me to come in. And come to find out my blizzard was missing the added cookie dough.

I waited over 30 minutes for a cheeseburger, small blizzard and a large malt. Had over 5 other people who were behind me get served before me. I ordered in the mobile site, which when I drove around back through the drive-thru they told me they had no idea of any mobile orders.
