This is by far our favorite stop on the way to the coast to visit family! The ice cream is irresistible, the food delicious, and the staff friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms are also very clean which is a huge plus and makes it the perfect pit stop on our road trip. We are able to take a break, enjoy some treats, and stretch our legs before continuing our journey.

The service is quick and accurate, the space well cared for and maintained. The owner told me a pro-tip to add peanut butter sauce to my peanut butter cup Blizzard, it’s amazing!

Me and my family were taking a road trip and we stopped by the closest Dairy Queen we could find off of the freeway. I tried out the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup blizzard and that will for sure forever be my favorite thing at Dairy Queen ever because it’s so good 10/10 would for sure recommend. My husband and kids got their food. The burgers are spectacular and the french fries are super delicious that I can’t even resist them cause of it taste/smell.

My wife, my child and my self showed up for dinner on 8-14 we ordered and the staff had a quick team meeting. Our order got forgotten and after about 15 mins when I went up it was essentially cold om the counter. The manager had our order remade, and when we got our food the owner or possibly higher up manager came and offered us a free desert. I was very surprised and happy with the level of customer service they displayed. Furthermore if their food always came out as good as our remade food they would be the best dq food wise in the state.

Went to the Veneta DQ mid week for a blizzard. It was buzzing and filled with energy. My friends and I had a lot of questions and the staff were helpful and friendly and patient. I like patronizing a business where the employees seem genuinely happy and eager to connect with customers.

Worst DQ I have ever been to! Went in to get a milkshake and a blizzard. Waited at the counter almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. With as slow as it was when we came in the machines should have been clean. Most tables needed wiped off. The machines were so disgusting I couldn’t bring myself to drink the milkshake I paid for. I gave it to an unhoused individual who was more than happy to drink it. I think the health department needs to make a surprise visit here. I won’t ever come back to this DQ ever again. Very disappointed

I went through the drive through. I said thank you and then when they thought I pulled away they mocked the way I said thank you. We pulled up and said hey. That was pretty rude. They sat there and laughed. It was a bunch of teenage boys. They then had a female come serve the food ans we told her about it. She said sorry that happened but nothing else. It was incredibly rude when we were doing absolutely nothing but trying to be polite and say thank you.
