Worst DQ I have ever been to! Raw bacon, undercooked fries, melted ice cream by the time you get to the window. Customer service is beyond terrible they take absolutely zero accountability for their mistakes and offer nothing to fix it. Also have sat for well over 5 minutes just to have my order taken. Who ever owns this franchise should close the doors until they can provide a proper meal!

Food was cold! Took forever to get it and it was ice cold when I got home had to reheat it! Update on 6/25/2023 went and ordered ice cream to give it a another try after not so good food, ordered 2 banana splits one with extra pineapple chocolate and strawberries and a large strawberry shake, the splits was so melted it was soup so took it back and I just said the banana splits are like soup and super melted, I just got them in drive thru the lady immediately started blaming my extra condiments but I then said what about the one with out the extra because it’s the same! I originally wanted them to remake them when I arrived but as soon as she started blaming my extras I requested a refund! Horrible horrible customer service! If you wanted melted ice cream and cold food go there it’s not made to order it’s made way before you get to the window anymore it’s disgusting! Go to burger bobs or McDonald’s l! Don’t wait and waste your money! If I could give no stars I absolutely would!

I ordered a chocolate chip blizzard and a large fry. I don’t appreciate dairy queen putting the spoons into the blizzard because I’m a germ freak. I have to wipe down any silverware eteinals down before I use them in public places and other businesses because I know they are very dirty, doesn’t keep things very clean in their facility So I literally whipe all my eteinals down before I stick it into my food before I use. I asked for ranch with my frys and got fry sauce instead of ranch what i actually asked for. I don’t like paying for a blizzard then the staff member at dq put the spoon into my blizzard detamenating my food we’re I’m not going to eat it now. I’m not satisfied with my order so I give dairy queen a zero star. Because they didn’t keep the spoon out of my blizzard when I requested it and gave me different sauce that I didn’t requested. I’m so not happy with their customer service that I received. Zero stars on their business.

Got the new chicken ranch burger&order or fries. Burger was awesome!! I was disappointed in fries,they cost almost half what the burger did and was barely a handful! Tasted good but didn’t hardly seem worth the cost!

This DQ has a drive thru that takes a while to get thru most visits. Especially if someone ahead of you or yourself order food. The ice cream is DQ ice cream. Used to hand make dilly bars but don’t anymore.
