Remodeled in the recent past, that’s the best part. My wife and I were the only ones there. No one at the drive through. She ordered us a Sunday and one ice cream cone. Several were behind the counter cleaning some mess on the floor. The wife went in to use the restroom and came back out and the employee who took the original order ask her if she was ready to place her order. It’s not like there were so many it was hard to keep track of. Our two small items took about 15 minutes to get.

Customer area is clean and pleasant, staff friendly and accommodating. Kitchen floor was a bit grungy, not unusual, I suppose, given the late hour of the day, but step plate between Customer area and Kitchen floor was very dirty. I probably wouldn’t have noticed it had I not been admiring how clean the rest of it was.

The drive thru line was really busy, so we opted to go inside to order. It was over 100° and the inside of restaurant was probably close to 90°. Either the actual wasn’t working or they don’t have it. It appeared there was one cook un back and 3 people up front. The inside was equally as busy as drive thru so they were understaffed for the amount of people. Our order was put together pretty quickly with number of people there…..it was ice cream, but there were people there waiting for an order of fries and their Texas toast that were missing from Their order for 15 minutes or more. They need to fix their ac and/or get window coverings and have more people working per shift. The employees were doing the best they could for the situation I feel.

Second time in a two week period that has been horrible. 1st was the order was incorrect and not able to eat the burger. This time ordered two shakes and they sat there for 5 minutes while we was at window waiting and who knows how long before that. It was like a cup of chunky milk when we received them. Last time to spend money there for any reason

Waited in line almost 10 minutes while staff took their time to handle orders and the second I get to the speaker it turns 9:00, closing time, and they wouldn’t take my order and I was last person in line.

What a bad reputation for DQ ~ we have been by at least 6/7 times( in the evenings ) and have yet to find the lobby open . It is the first week of June and the lobby is closed at 710 , 9 cars in the drive-thru , the help (as seen thru the window ) when we drove up throw up their hand ~ as if the cant believe people are there to come in . We call from the parking lot , as no signage of hours is posted . Online says they are open until 9 pm , no mention of lobby closing at 7 . Without some explanation posted or notice of something with hours . I find this absolutely unexcuseable , and would love to see a change immediately . With only 2 ice cream places in town ..this is sad

I placed an order for a birthday cake and got the email with confirmation number. Went to pick it up on the day of the birthday and at first was told they couldn’t find our order and then came back and told me sorry our freezer broke and your cake melted….Wait What and why didn’t you guys call me and tell me that? You have my number and 10 mins ago you said you couldn’t find my order???? Only to be told the manager is the only person who has access to the order information and she should have called…well where is the manager???? Well her car broke down so she will be here tomorrow….Did the manager know the freezer was broken????Yes she was here when it broke and all the cakes melted….A birthday was complete ruined and when I called the so called manager she claimed she didn’t even see my order and even when I gave her my confirmation number she didn’t give me an answer to why she didn’t call us and say the freezer broke and our order will not be ready…All she said was I’m sorry and I don’t know what more you want me to do…We always ordered ice cream cakes from them but never again. This place is a complete nightmare. No remorse for ruining a birthday.

0/0, Extremely disappointed. We came in on a Sunday at 1:20 PM all the open signs were turned off, but there were cars in the drive thru and it said online they were open. We pulled up to the place where you order, someone said to go ahead and order, and then never responded again, we sat there for 10 mins while the person in front of us knocked on the window continuously in order to try to get his food. The man eventually went around to the order station again to see what was going on. I could understand if no one answered because they weren’t open, but that wasn’t the case. I suppose someone could have had a medical emergency ♀️ but it sounds like dairy queen should hire some new employees.
