The dining room was nasty. Every table was dirty, my jeans stuck to the chair I sat in. There was a film of stickiness on every surface. Flys were landing on us while we were eating. Empty ketchup bottles piled together on tables. Food crumbs everywhere. I’m not sure what was going on. I’m assuming they were short staffed. If that’s the case, close the dining room. I’ve never been to this DQ before and I’ll never return. I pray the food prep area was better than the dining room. Just.. ick.. gross.

Good quality food and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get everyone through the line in the drive through. Especially taking into consideration the fact that they were the only fast food restaurant in town opened at this time and they had double their usual customers. One of the better locations if you like Dairy Queen then I would suggest stopping by and checking this place out! They never forget to flip the blizzards before they hand them over to you either. I guess this could be a good or a bad thing depending on what side of the window you are on lol✌

Decent prices and food. The crispy chicken salad was good, as was the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. The bathrooms aren’t great, and all of the tables were kind of dirty.

Worst service ever unless the chick was deaf and mute , even in that case you wouldn’t put them on the window. That lady was extreme she never said a word the whole interaction very weird.

Placed a mobile order for pickup, card was charged, after waiting in the parking lot for them to bring it out (like they do at other locations), found the lobby was closed and the only way to talk to someone was to go through the long line in the drive through. 25 Minutes to get an ice cream, because all the waiting for other food orders, on top of it they pre-served the ice cream (assuming when the online order came in) and put it in a cooler for storage until I was able to make it through the drive through so the soft serve was more like milkshake in a cup. If DQ has pickup option enabled in online ordering that is the service expected.

Great staff. I haven’t been to a dairy queen in years and we stopped at one just because. I didn’t know that the dinning area didn’t open until 5pm. So when I call the store, the staff were very nice and let me come in 10 minutes before they were open to get a shake and french fries. Very nice young lady that is a cook came and took my order. She was nervous but she did a great job. Thank you guys for the great service.
