It’s always chaos in here, but the staff is on top of it most days. They are friendly and helpful, even with the packed drive thru and dining room. I think an extra worker or two might help, but I’m guessing they are short staffed like everybody else.

Great ice cream but poor service and attitude from staff that day. Bought 2 blizzards and they didn’t do the flip test so I asked for a refund per their company expectations and the main cashier looked confused like she never heard about it and the manager tried to tell me they stopped it because of COVID and didn’t seem like she wanted to give me the refund. She even asked for the blizzards back (which I refused). She finally and not politely at all, issued the refund. Didn’t say thank you or have a great day or anything. I know it’s tough to find decent help right now but that was completely unacceptable

I was the only customer in the store and the drive through was very slow. My order didnt take very long which is nice and Iive close so my food should have been hot. My fries were Luke warm and tasted old. My burger had so much sauce on it My bottom bun was soggy. My husband’s was only minimally better. I didn’t expect that kind of service.

It was way too expensive. I spent over $50 for my 2 little kids and myself. If you eat a meal here, you almost can’t afford dessert. I didn’t get a meal. Just a burger and Blizzards. A few things for the kids. I’m only going there for dessert, and even that’s overpriced.

Had a date night with my daughters, decided to get ice cream after we went out to dinner. the cashier literally brought an employee from the back, they looked at us and the female laughed. At that point I knew it was about us because the entire crew was staring at us. Be thankful that we just came from an expensive restaurant and choose to get dessert from “dairy queen” but instead got laughed at by the crew because my daughters and I were dressed up. Absolutely embarrassing and pathetic for you guys.

Went through the drive threw. Service was very slow. Large twist cone was stale. One of the small twist cones was just chocolate.

Very special treat for me. Spent about $3.75 on a small vanilla chocolate dipped cone. The dip was thin, which was fine, but I don’t know why the dip stopped a half inch before the cone.
