Some places never change. Lived here for over 25 years, this place has always been kind of a disaster. They staff the store strictly with teenagers, which is fine, except they are untrained and rude. This leads to waiting a LOOOOONG time for your food. Upwards of 20 minutes if it’s busy. Usually the food is fine, it’s dairy queen, and the ice cream is always good, but EXTREMELY expensive. Every time I come here I’m reminded in why I haven’t been here in 6+ months.

Great customer service. Food is typical fast food loaded with fat, sugar and other carbohydrates. I get the hot fudge shake. Their burgers are pretty good, for a fast food restaurant. This particular Dairy Queen is a good stop on the way to and from Eastern WA. You get fast service at this location. On the other hand, the Dairy Queen off the SR 97 exit in Ellensburg is so slow I’ve left because they can’t get customers served. Avoid that location!

I pulled up the hours which said drive thru was open until 9pm. Arrived at 8:45 to order blizzards and kids opened drive thru opened window and said they were already closed. If that is correct you should really make the changes to your site!

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Chicken strips we’re inedible. Fries were nasty and mushy. The kids working there were so rude. I’m baffled this restaurant is still open. Absolute garbage.

It’s a Dairy Queen. If you want soft-serve or a blizzard this is the place to go. I also recommend the cheese curds (try asking for tartar sauce to dip them in).

Usually good place tried to get lunch first the had no slushes to serve in 2 for 5 deal and out of pop everyone wanted we had to leave we were on lunch break for work forced to go elsewhere made us late to get back to work

We came rolling in about 10 minutes to closing for a frosty and these two little ladies in there were so bummed that we came in. I think they were looking forward to just getting out of there. We got our frosties and left. They were very happy about that. And they were also very gracious.
