I didn’t go in this time but did drive thru. Ordered blizzards which were excellent as always. Also ordered for the first time food. Had the chicken tender meal. That also was very good however they did forget to give the sauce I selected. Did go back for it because it is off a one way street and would have had to go around.

Was looking forward to DQ since we were out in the area which we rarely come to chicopee. The place was depressing, and smelled like urine as soon as you came in through the front door. The place smelling like a dirty bathroom I tried to look past. The main issue was the ice cream. Vanilla soft serve was terrible (I’ve had DQ my whole life and always know what to expect and always enjoy it) the ice cream was flavorless cheap tasting icy goop. Clearly a change of recipe and design. Not going back again, or at least to this location. I may give another location a second chance, but I’m definitely not coming back to the dq on memorial in chicopee again. Planned on buying a few boxes of Dilly Bars there too, so disappointed I didn’t even bother spending any more money here.

Enjoyed BOGO Blizzards on my birthday, yesterday and the cheese curds. Yummy! I’m sensitive to fried foods and took the chance, I’m so glad I did, very tasty. Of course the Blizzards were delicious. Was very busy and the staff were doing good!

Place is rundown and needs a thorough cleaning, parking lot is a complete mess, my last ice cream cone will be my last one ever at this spot, I believe they either messed with the machine or using an inferior product. Either way never going back.

0 Stars for this place! Arrived with my 3 kids and had another party, of 2, accompanying us. We waited over 30mins to get fast food. No communication, no leadership from the gm, no organization, nothing! It was a train wreck. While waiting, I saw my order and another’s order sitting there. The kid behind the counter was high or something cause he never bothered to notice it was there and disappeared a lot. No expediter to control anything. More people were coming in and getting their orders taken while mine and the other lady’s were getting cold. Wasn’t till I started to raise my voice that someone in the back, in the BACK, noticed and stepped up to get things moving. Never again will we go back there. Horrible experience. The guys that cooked did their job. It was unfortunate we had to eat it cold.

The Chicopee location is extremely run down and falling apart. Clearly the owner’s fault. I witnessed the kid behind the counter giving change from the EMPLOYEE TIP JAR because they had no change in the register to give. It’s shameful to treat your employees that way. They deserve better.

Went to the Manchester ct store and my app diverted back to favorite without me knowing after I put in the Manchester ct store. Chicopee mass will not call back or give a refund and I did cancel via phone before they made it. There are better places than Dairy Queen so I am done with them. They ripped me off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for lunch with a party of 2. Waited a good 30min before they took my order for lunch, another 15min for my drinks before sitting and waiting another 25min for are food. That’s not even 2nd party. 2 adults and 4 kids. My shake was like soup. Food was sitting cooked and done on counter waiting to be served so we got it cold. Other people inside had same problems waiting for ever for there food and no workers new who’s food was who’s.
