Although they are often understaffed and dont always get every order right, the kids who work there are always very friendly and try very hard, which I appreciate very much. The food is always good, which is all you can ask for at a fast food place and of course we LOVE the ice cream!

We ordered 2 blizzards and small sundae. The blizzards came out and literally dripping all over us. The sundae was also melting in the cup. All of the ice cream was soupy before we could even take a bite. The kid at the window gave us one spoon and one napkin and began closing the window. I had to ask for spoons and napkins, extra napkins because we had ice cream melting everywhere. I can appreciate it is difficult to find help but please monitor your product as the owner. You sell ice cream, make sure it is cold, I could get milk out of my own fridge.
