Got a Blizzard Cake here and it was so freezer burnt it tasted awful and was so stale. The inside of the cake also looked nothing like the picture, basically just vanilla ice cream. Not cheap and so not worth it

Let me see where to start mmm took my daughter there after her doctor’s appointment she just wanted some ice cream she wanted a blizzard so I took her there . We got there at 4:50 a bunch of “workers” were hidden in the back a couple came and clocked in but completely ignore us me and the rest of the people waiting to be served. They where all talking and laughing and totally ignoring the customers waiting outside.. finally at 5:10 we all left after waiting 20+ minutes. This kind of employees can ruin a business in 1 2 3…. Not a big deal we just went somewhere else but stills not ok after all thanks to the PAYING CUSTOMERS they all have a job .

This place went down hill . ZERO STARS dirty . People working there not friendly . It was not busy…We were ordering our food tried making two separate orders the cashier rang up one as we were talking she then walked away.she seems annoyed the whole time. She never gave us our receipt. So we didn’t end up getting our second order. We asked to speak to a manager. She never came to us. Instead some guy spoke to us. The manager ended up being the women who actually rang us up he told us. He asked her to give us the receipt so she did but she didn’t even say sorry or even look at me.The other person then said it’s her first week as manager. He also said maybe she didn’t understand you. Either way she should not have walked away . You ask to repeat. We will never go to this DQ again and will for sure tell others.

Absolutely terrible service. The lady at the counter was down right rude, rang up the order incorrectly (over charged). No apology, just walked away. I can go down the street to the place with the big letter in the middle of the alphabet, get the SAME quality food for HALF the price and have a person smile with me and be nice to me.

Dairy Queen’s newest location. Great ice cream. Depending on the time of day there can be very long drive thru lines. Staff is super friendly, so it kind of made up for the long lines. (they should add another menu sign along the drive thu lane so everyone would be ready to order when they reach the speaker area where you order ) Definitely worth a try !!!
