I wish I could put a zero. The lack of accountability, honesty and professionalism is abysmal within this location. The most notable offender is Jennifer, someone who only later admitted to stealing money after blaming it on other employees. Only confessed to the entire story of taking the wallet home with her until the police were threatened. If you ever happen to leave your wallet somewhere on accident you better hope to the lord above its not at this Dairy Queen and that Jen is not working.

Spicy chicken combo meal was iffy. Fries were good and fresh. Chicken finger sandwich was terrible. Tomato slice on it looked and tasted like under ripe frozen and mushy. Sandwich was not hot. Beverage was watered down and 3/4 of the cup was ice. Won’t go there again for a hot meal.

I absolutely cannot stand this location. The list two visits have been frustrating to say the least. For some reason, the staff is unable to give me what I order. I am not sure if it is a lack of training, attention to detail, or a general lack of care. I have gone as far as to read the name of the item I wanted verbatim from DQs website. What makes it worse is that I was not given a reciept to verify the accuracy of my order.

I wish I could rate this lower than a one star, negative 200 perhaps, which is the total amount of money this establishments manager Jennifer stole from a woman that accidentally left her wallet on the counter. Jennifer, the manager and the thief stole $200 from an innocent woman, blamed it on her employees and lied until she was confronted enough to confess. What a low life woman, hopefully she gets fired. What an example to set for her employees.

Service was so terrible!!!!!! We waited over 30 minutes just for food and what we ordered was not right at all. They didn’t listen to what we were ordering at all. Not only that, 2 different Door Dashers had to come in multiple times because their order were completely wrong too. Never have i ever had such terrible service at a DQ before. I recommend just getting ice cream because that order will be right and wont take you 30 minutes to get it 🙂

NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS JENNIFER, THE MANAGER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS A THEIF AND A LIAR. She stole money from a single mother who was raising money for children’s sports. Her wallet was accidentally left there and the manager took it and repetitively lied and blamed it on her employees.

I’d rate lower, except the drive thru service was fast and efficient. With multiple hours left until closing time I’m very disappointed in the food quality and portions. Old chicken strips and that’s being gracious,they are more like chicken fingers. The best part was the fact the serving size for fries is ridiculous. A child’s size fry would have more fries than this six strip basket came with. Money can definitely be better spent at other fast food joints in the area.

Rude drive-thru attendant. Why does someone get mad if you ask for a lid? Why do you get mad when I ask you for a napkin to wipe the 1/4 of my blizzard from the outside of the cup? WHY do you get mad, when the customer has to stop and wash their hands because the mess you made with what was 1/4 of the product on the outside of the product YOU sold me? Do you really think people want to lick the outside of the cup to get the entire blizzard? No! They want it in the damn cup. It really isn’t hard. But apparently it is, when you think you have any right to be rude to someone pointing out what you should have done before handing it to the customer. Would not recommend, bring a towel with you if you go through here.
