This DQ has been long awaited and finally it’s here! There’s always a line out the door which means the hype is still very much alive! All the service staff are very friendly and hardworking, staying professional while working through whatever bumps there are in the early days of operation. Food never disappoints, and the building itself is very well maintained! It’s very clean and inviting inside. Will definitely return!

This is a new fast food place. I can tell people are stressing. But they still preform the tasks on hand. I helped the establishment with finding some Google hour issues, and the manager was super happy about it. People need to know this is a new restaurant; things won’t be perfect right off the bat. I work IT for the largest Corporation in the area. I know about expectations vs reality. The service is very very friendly! The food is affordable and pretty good. And, I enjoy the ice cream! Who cares about waiting a little longer than normal, people need to slow down. Enjoy what you have and what’s in front of you. Be kind, and don’t bite the hand that literally feeds you.

The place is pretty good. But it was very overrated. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 30 minutes. It’s better to wait until the hype dies down honesty and try again some other time. But going inside might be better. My small milkshake was very small but the perfect size for me. Prices can be hit and miss but otherwise good, but wait until the hype goes down. It’s busy at all hours.

This place is hopping! Showed up with 6 other people only to see that the place was packed. But, amazingly, the line moved super fast, the service was awesome and food delish! Chicken basket ruled! Also, they bring the food to your table. I didn’t know that was a thing! Loved it. Plus, the mini Blizzard Supreme was the perfect topper to my lunch. We’ll be back!

It was the lunch rush and 3 staff members took up an entire table to have a meeting. Additionally, they didn’t even notice tables weren’t being cleaned or customers waiting for tables to open up.

Went to the new DQ in Big Flats and saw a bunch of cars so we thought it open. Cause there site and reviews say it’s open.Parked and went to the door which had a sign closed staff training. So whoever says it’s open is lying Aug 2 2023. Doors finally opened on 08/10/23, that being said I appreciate the attention Mr Halm is giving my review. With only 2 reviews to his name and hadn’t visited the store in question cause it wasn’t open. I was pointing out the 2 reviews giving 5 stars when the store was closed, and your personal attack against my review tells me what kind of a person you are. Enjoy life.
