The worst Dq ever. They don’t know how to make Blizzards or ice-cream cupcakes! A few weeks ago I got a blizzard that wasn’t mixed properly and only half full. Tonight my ice-cream cupcake had maybe a tablespoon of icing on it and a dab of the chocolate crunch that goes between the two layers. Some employees need retrained! Once my granddaughter had to wait so long for cup of ice-cream with whip cream it all melted together. It wasn’t edible. A very disappointed customer.

Usually, their food are fresh, but today, however, that was not the case. My wait time was long, but I figured what the heck, at least I know my food is fresh. The fries were hard and dark brown. It is as if they gave me the old ones. To make matters even worse, there was nobody infront or behind me. I was the only one there. So like why is my food old and nasty. I don’t understand. Well back to Chick-fil-A I go and I just started coming here last month!!!!!!

An employee working the drive thru window on Wednesday August 2nd at around 2:30 pm took my family’s order. My mother had no other cash in her wallet than a 20 and the employee marked it as a five in the register. The employee accused my mother of lying and then after 30 minutes of waiting the employee comes out hands my mother the money and says “The manager counted the drawer and nothing was missing and just told me to give it to because your making such a big deal.”

Pretty quick usually, even during peak times, food is always good, but can’t fathom why they want to give me a beverage in a bag. Never at any point in my life have I grabbed a cup, went to get in my car and stopped and thought, oh hey I better put this cup in a bag. That’s what cup holders are for. Now I have to dig a cup out of a bag to get it into the cup holder and also have extra garbage to throw away. Vote this review helpful if you agree they need to stop putting cups in bags, this needs to stop!!
