Purchased 3 Blizzards in drive thru. All 3 came out with lids in the drink carrier. I thought it was upside down or free? The ultimate brownie blizzard…….OMG go get one if you’re having a bad day. Temporary while eating this, no one else matters. Highly recommend this blizzard however, they are expensive.

I didn’t have a good experience. My sundae was very running and leaked from under the lid within minutes. Staff has it wrapped in a napkin, so i didn’t notice it until I was back on the road. The other item was a blizzard, and the ice scream was very soft but didn’t spill out when flipped. It wasn’t hot out, so it wasn’t th environment causing the issue. The speaker system was bad because I had to repeat my order a few times.

The food is really good all around. This place can get very busy, especially the drive thru. The dining area is open and the staff’s awesome. Just remember that, if you choose to go there. It’s worth the wait, which isn’t too long at all, because I love the food

I sent order to the wrong store. Simple chocolate shake, my mistake. But they wouldn’t help me change/cancel it, instead I had to pay twice and then try to get help on the app that doesn’t help with orders. If it was a bigger order, even a few items, I would understand…. this was only a single shake on the order. C’mon man. Really?!

This was my first time at a dairy queen and I won’t be going again, the workers were nice but very clueless. We ordered 6 items of blizzards and milkshakes. They were put in a drink carrier thing (on didn’t fit so it was help separately). I witnessed a milkshake tumble out of the carrier through the window but the worker caught it, ok fine,but suspicious. The window worker then gives us the carrier first, although she sees that the drink is not secure, she tries to hand it to us and the same one falls out spilling down the car window and on my friend (who is the driver). I grab the carrier of blizzards and milkshakes and get milkshake all over me as well, and the milkshake is still not securely in the carrier. 1. why weren’t we given a new milkshake or maybe 2 smaller ones so that they could fit in the carriers properly? Clearly milkshake was spilled and there was no remedy offered to replace the item, let alone clean the car with milkshake down in the window crevice. Shouldn’t an ice-cream place with a drive through window be prepared with proper car transfer items?
