The person working the window was very polite and attentive. The fries were hot and tasted fresh but they had a little too much salt on them. The thing that made me leave a 3 star review was the burger. It tasted like a burger I would make in the microwave. I don’t know what they changed but they should have left it alone. I’ll probably only ever get fries, soft drinks, and ice cream from here now.

Learning as I go
About a month ago my husband asked for the zesty dip (He worked at BK). They said they don’t have it. My husband figured out what it is called and asked for queso dip. Was told they don’t have it. Finally after 10min he got the queso dip.

Service is always slow. The food never seems to be very fresh, even if they just opened. I have went here 2x and that will be my last. This time my fries were cold. Chicken was old and burnt. I love DQ. Just not this one. I gave the 2 stars only because the staff is really nice. It’s a great location for being by a ball field, but don’t expect to get a quick bite.

We use to go to this DQ location all the time. However, the last few times were not positive and have even seen signs on the drive in menu stating they were not serving food. Today was the worst. We ordered, the cups looked dirty on the exterior, the burgers were small and soggy. My fiancé warned me it was going down hill since it changed ownership, but I wanted to give them a last chance. We will not be going back.
