I am a bit disappointed. Although the food was great and came out very quickly, I noticed and overheard the cashier saying some pretty nasty things. When my friend and I ordered, the cashier (girl) was laughing at me and my friend. And after we ordered, the girl ran over to her friend laughing and whispered something in his ear like they were making fun of us. It was very obvious and unsettling. I am pretty disappointed with my experience although the food was good.

Apparently they decided to close early. I’m not sure, we’ll before closing hours and door was locked and drive though was off. And, the employees would just stair at you. Either correct your operating times or get better staff

Ordered few times in the past and same thing!!! Ordered extra oreo. Sure dont get extra but they charge ya for it. Ridiculous and charge 7 plus dollars and can’t even add extra oreo.

Nothing like going to this DQ as soon as they open (11AM) and not being able to get your mobile order because the “fryers” weren’t ready. Idk how a business can open and not be ready to serve the customers. We were told it was going to be 10 mins for our food. Instead, we waited for almost 30 mins and decided to just walk out as it was just not worth it. Manager there was also unreliable and did not seem like she wanted to deal with the issue (I was told to go through the app to resolve the issue/refund). I will definitely not be back for awhile. And if anyone is wanted food there at 11AM. Best wait till afternoon because their fryers won’t be ready till then.

Two stars for the cashier, who was quick and friendly even though the place was packed, he did a great job! Unfortunately, my food was stone cold and not what I ordered. I asked for a triple cheeseburger and a royal blizzard, and got a double decker and a regular blizzard. I also got food poisoning. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Very poor service, stood in line waiting to order at the register for well over 5 minutes. nobody said a word while we stood there. it took 25 minutes for our stuff to come out. both blizzards had barely any toppings in them, and the saddest excuse of a peanut butter milkshake.

This evening I stopped by DQ for soft serve. The man at the window took my loose change and then handed me a spoon and my order, I noticed his unclean fingernails. When I inquired about him taking the money and handing me the food he became testy and asked me if I knew how long that would take–meaning to have one person handle the food only and another only manage the money and credit cards.

Arrived at 4:30 pm. One customer ahead of us, otherwise the restaurant was empty. We waited 20 minutes while the 5 or 6 workers ( ones we could see) all laughed and looked at their cell phones. They never said “ be with you in a minute “ or even acknowledged we were there. We left without being served. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We won’t be going back
