I just left there. Went there to get lunch and waited inside while they made it. Well, I should say thought they were making it. The service was OK. It was just a couple of teenagers, but they need to get real with the food they gave me. There was nobody in the drive-through, and there was only one other group of people in the dining room. They were already served in eating. So there was no excuse for them to give me cold burgers, and stale, cold french fries.

Every time we order here they don’t get it right. I ordered the honey BBQ chicken strip basket and I received regular chicken strips with 2 packets of BBQ sauce. I don’t recommend. If u want dq, go to hermitage dq, not west Middlesex dq.

The customer service at the West Middlesex, PA location was horrible. I drive 4 hours to this location to pick my daughter up and give them outside business. Besides the food and ice cream being good, the customer service will keep me from returning. I’m going to pick a new place to get my business.

Poorly run. Poor management and service. The building is a mess. Doors are plywood shut half the building seats are blocked off. Took my grandson there they took my order and money and never made the icecream. Waited and served 4 othere people then i finally asked if they were planning on making mine. Kid staff got ignorant and slammed my items on the counter. This place has really gone down hill with new owners. Its a shame it WAS a nice place to go in west middlesex, now its becoming a dive for nonworking teens.
