On Sunday night I went to the Dairy Queen in Enola. When I got there at 10:15 the lights were on and the drive through board still lit. I went to the front doors they were locked. I then tried the drive through but the employee quickly grabbed the traffic cone and blocked the drive through. As I stated, it was 10:15 and I realize that their ride was waiting outside and eveyone wants to get home to their families but if your job is until 10:30 then you should be open until 10 30 that’s what the hours on the door says. Super fast. Great service. They get 1 star off because I saw a kid cutting a banana w/o gloves. Not the end of the world because I didn’t order anything w/ bananas. It made me wonder a little, but not enough to not purchase and eat a blizzard. They also had several flavors of dilly bars that I will definitely be back for.

The people that work here are so amazing. They were so nice, funny, and personable. Every single person working there smiled at my husband and I at least once while they were making out order and they made us feel like we were all old friends. This experience was one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant in general in a long time. I will be returning to this location over any other places in the area. Had a Smore blizzard for lunch, was tasty but had thin chocolate pieces instead of bits of hershey bar. Still good but better with the hershey bar pieces! Quick and friendly service!

Went here tonight at 7ish sat in line for over an hour, there were only 5 cars ahead of me by the way, but that’s not why I’m writing this review. The person on the register in the drive through was obviously new hence the long wait she forgot one of the blizzards I asked for and asked the person training her, I believe her name was Shakira, if she knew. The trainer then got an attitude with the person she was training and said I don’t know you’re supposed to. I immediately felt bad for the person on register. I’ve been in the food service industry from dishwasher to management if I ever saw someone disrespect that person trying to learn like that I would have immediately thrown them out of the building but it doesn’t end there. I ordered a Sundae for the kid with strawberries immediately the trainer yells oh my God after that I order 2 blizzards and asked for whipped cream again the trainer complains because you know spraying that whipped cream bottle is such a task. This whole time I’m looking at the sign on the window that says to treat the employees kindly or if you feel you can do better you can apply. How can you ask people to respect your employees if your employees are disrespectful towards eachother and customers. That sign is a complete joke as long as that trainer works there. To answer that sign yes I could do better I’ve been there done that. I don’t even know why I paid for that experience. Especially since when I got my order everything had already melted halfway and you’ll never guess which sad of an excuse of an employee/person was the one who went around the corner to make it. PS she’s obviously bringing the morale of your entire crew down I’ve never seen so many people so depressed looking serving ice cream

We had the choice between DQ and Wendy’s, off I81 south of Harrisburg, will stick with Wendy’s next time. Outside DQ is a nice stop off with trees and shade. Inside the smell of sewage was just overpowering. I am amazed they can be open with conditions like this. Burgers and chicken strips took a while to come out. Ice cream was well ahead. The shift leader delivered with one hand talking on a cellphone and didn’t know who or order number it delivered too. Hopefully they were calling a plumber.

I should have known to just leave when I walked in and seeing how dirty the floor was but I figured I would give them a chance. The service was slow because they were training someone new which was understandable. The owner assisted that person in making our blizzards. The first blizzard was less than 90% full and the second was milkshake runny. When I pointed this out to the owner she looked at me like I was from another planet. I asked for my money back and she reached into the cash drawer and handed me a five which was less than what I paid. When I told her she needed to figure out what I was owed she got a little snarky with me and handed me a few more cents. She tried to say that the reason my Blizzard was runny was because of the type of Blizzard it is which is totally not correct. We won’t be back.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience and probably will not be returning. The main issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The entire establishment was filthy. The floor had a ton of food.and trash on it. The tables and windows had sludge on it. The counters that displayed pictures were covered in dust. There were sticky fly traps filled with bugs hanging from the ceiling. Behind the counter had food all over and the prep area had open containers for flies to get into. The person who seemed to be in charge had food all over his shirt and seemed disshuffled. I hope they are able to turn this place around!

Yesterday I came to dairy queen it was one of the best experience I ever had here caiden was so helpful in drive-through he was so nice to me and Dustin was so pleasant they both where so nice they even complemented my nails
