Sundae was great and made pretty quickly. Service to order was a little wait with only a few customers. There appeared to be around 6 employees there, another cashier could have helped. Seemed to be all young kids working there with no visible management.

This place was terrible. I was at this location at 8:30 pm waited 25 min for 2 blizzards. The staff was rude and they were worried about joking around then getting the job done. I was approached by a young man with a bad attitude as he threw our ice cream at us. Never going back this place has always been a fun stop for us driving home from the beach sad that this establishment is being run by 15 year old boy who thinks he can be rude.

So I wrote a review about 2 weeks or so ago. Rude rude rude. The manager is rude and employees don’t know what to do. The young lady with the nails is the only one who knows how to do customer service. I was charged 3.79 for a pup cup. If you go to DQ near Dover, they give you a free pup cup as long as you have your pup with you. My pup is always with me…… will never go to chicken man DQ again.

Went in today to pick up my cake for my moms birthday. Just sang to her and opened the cake to this!!! This is not acceptable and frankly super disappointing after my experience last week. I should have never gone back. For $29 this is outrageous.

Go here for good wholesome food kinda! Clean with TV, tables and plenty of napkins. Gotta love the menu! All the great American classics with ice cream creations that keep us interested. My favorite is the Blizzard that combines candy with features creamy sweetness. This DQ is hooked to a convenience store and a gas station. Clean restrooms and an easy exit off Route One make it easy to access. Drive on in sometime soon!
