Trying to get in and out of this place is a nightmare. I mean complete disaster. There is usually a long line at the drive-through, especially on Tuesdays when they have the car club shows. It is cool to see if you like older cars. The food is definitely better than most fast food places, but be prepared to wait. The staff and / or service is hit or miss. I have experienced both. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I will return again.

My husband & I take our boys to Dairy Queen for a treat (usually get Blizzards!), & we always receive prompt service from the employees who are always polite & efficient. The drive thru is always packed so we go inside & either sit at the tables provided outside or take it to the park nearby. I’m an ice cream junkie so Dairy Queen is always awesome in my book!!

Great , quick food, usually swamped, employees work hard to please, great ice cream. Small but always busy. Most people are drive through or hang out at the outside picnic tables…so your not there for the modest atmosphere . They have FREE pup cups of ice cream serving for your pet. A nice idea!!

We walked in and 2 girls, workers, are chatting at the register. I was standing at the other register as the one girl walked away. I really thought that was the pick up spot. Not totally sure but given what I saw later the one who walked away worked at the register I was standing.

There’s a woman who works there at the window and she can’t hear and always messes up my order. I’ve never had a problem until this one woman showed up and messed up my order not once or twice. I keep repeating myself but she still messes up I’m just over it.

I have eaten here alot, but this time I got seriously sick with cramping and having to sit in the bathroom most of the day and into the next morning. I will never eat burgers or French fries from the millsboro store anymore…will only go for the ice cream….

1-5-23. Attitude at the register. We weren’t greeted very friendly at all. Took 4 kids for ice cream and it was obvious the young person at the counter didn’t want to be there. Got the ice cream, went to the table and went back to order fries but waited & waited and no one came to the counter. I went back to the table and decided to try again. I waited again until a young person, who appeared to be in charge, finally waited on me. This person was extremely nice and very helpful but the young person we first enjoy and wasn’t even greeted needs some customer service training for sure. First impression was sad, and even the kids mentioned her attitude and said it seemed as if we bothered her.
