I waited on two mobile order blizzards. One employee, the boy with the painted finger nails, decided to fold bags instead of helping myself, and another customer. I stood there for 10 minutes before I had to ask for my blizzards, and he brought them to me melted. Absolutely ridiculous service for a restaurant that usually exceeds expectations.

Went in and ordered. Sat down and waited. Other people came in and ordered. They got their order and left and we still didn’t get ours. Went up and ask and they said they don’t know what happened to are order and walked away. We ask the manager and told us she didn’t know. So I got my money back and left. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
