Stopped by last week to get my grandson a cheeseburger kids me. The burger was hard around the edges, and cold. The fries were very tough and cold. I thought oh well and just threw it out. I stopped again yesterday afternoon 6/24 to get him a small fry. When I got up to the window I saw someone throw the fries up at the cash register and again they were cold and tough. I paid over 3.00$ for a cold tough order of small fries.

This is probably the worst DW I’ve ever been to. The staff are completely unhelpful and immature. I came in last week and got cold food. Circled around again and asked for new food, the employee argued with me saying my food wasn’t cold. Eventually they took it back to make new food and then somehow gave me something completely different that wasn’t what I ordered. They said a manager would call the next day to give me a free meal and no one ever called. Went back again today and the lack of options on the menu is INSANE. They have like 5 options and that’s it, what happened here? Number 5 and 6 are the exact same at 9 and 10, just 2 have lettuce and tomato and the latter 2 don’t. That doesn’t even make sense!!
