My son and I went here yesterday and were very well taken care of by a beautiful, sweet and helpful employee. I was unable to catch her name though. It was pretty clean inside and the employee was trying to clean up the drink machine that was clogged, so I wouldn’t hold that against them because that stuff happens. (Usually because of the customer). My son loved the chocolate shake, and the only reason I gave a ‘4’ for the food is because he wouldn’t eat the burgers for some reason. He ate about half of the first one and none of the second. Nothing seemed wrong with it though; He just didn’t seem to be a fan. The visit was pleasant and the cashier was friendly and great. ❤️

Took the kids to Dairy Queen for a sweet afternoon treat on a hot summer day.

Probably the worst Dairy Queen in chesterfield. The staff is never pleasant & not surprised they have put a sign on the drive thru asking for tips when customer service is seriously lacking. The outside has a grudgy look esp being attached to a gas station.

Love Dairy queen. Ice cream and options are endless and always delicious. Friendly courteous staff. However, their lemon lime slushie taste like sugar water with lime essence…not very good.

This is our go to drive thru takeaway restaurant. The wait at the drive thru is always reasonable and the food is always satisfying. The ice cream is a treat, especially the Blizzards. If your looking for some comfort fast food, this is the place.

Place was a bit dirty: entry mat was grimy, tables could have used a wipe, trash in parking lot overflowing. The sundae I ordered was tasty and a decent size. Heavy smell of incense from gas station.

got 2 large cotton candy blizzards (which are THE BEST blizzard) and the 6pc chicken basket, which came with fries and toast. the chicken tenders are about the size of a giant finger(?), but they gave us 3 extra tenders so i guess that makes up for it. they were super busy because its sunday evening, but were very polite and fast! i go here regularly and never had a problem. if you download the DQ app, they always have deals and BOGOs!

We only got ice cream but it was good. They were busy so tables were a little dirty.

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon, and I ordered a banana split, 2 blizzards, and a sundae. Once I got home, the banana split was missing every topping except the whipped cream. It was not worth driving back to complain. Word to the wise, check order before you leave.

The only DQ on the Southside is on Hull St. You know there’s nothing like a Blizzard or a chocolate dipped cone. We overheard a dad ordering a cotton candy dipped cone. You know some kiddos will go all in for a taste of that! My new favorite is the iconic Peanut Buster Parfait.
