After leaving another restaurant because we were getting no service, my daughter, grandchildren, and I came here. We had chicken tender meals and sundaes. All the food was good and I had forgotten how good Dairy Queen soft serve is. Yum!

Got there with one car infront of me and spent over a total of 25 minutes waiting on my order which included four ice cream products and a chicken basket, also when I pulled up to the speaker the girl that took my order was extremely rude, and she was absolutely no better at the window. There was one girl just sitting at the window by the machines and one working window, i not only was charged wrong for part of my order but I also had to ask for a drink tray for my ice cream products and instead of her simply fixing the mistake of the miss ring she asked me to pull up where I sat for over another five minutes waiting on them to fix my order, eventually had to go in and get a partial refund for the miss ring. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and highly dissatisfied, by the time we got home (we live on exit 13) my kids blizzards were already melted and basically like milk.

Every time the manager Jared isn’t there, they always seem to mess up my order. For instance, the last thing I ordered was the 6 peice tender combo, instead I received a 4 peice, with no toast, and the wrong drink. Then there was the time an employee charged my card for the people behind me in line that took about 15 minutes for them to fix. Then proceeded to tell me “oh the money should come back to your account in 3 days but we aren’t for sure”. Also, any time the manager isn’t there and I get an ice cream, it’s always so sloppy looking as well. I don’t really mind that though, it’s just ridiculous how they always seem to mess up things when there is no one watching them. Pretty sad

Summed up they messed up our order. didnt even give us a bun on the 1st hamburger they messed and the bun for the 2nd well you can see. The guy who was at the window was acting like he was losing his mind just cause we said he got our order wrong. Absolutely awful, waste of money.

I have stopped here many times and have always had good service, but tonight I decided to go in to order because the drive thru was packed, at the time when I walked in,I was the only one in the restaurant, I stood at the front register for a couple of minutes and then I met “Todd” the most unenthused person I have ever met. He came to the register without greeting looking down while slowly taking his gloves off, then just looked up with no response. After ordering my last item which was a drink he slung his arms around asking “small medium or large, you have to tell me”. At this point I was holding myself back from blowing up. I know these times are frustrating and lack of help and dealing with restrictions can cause allot of stress, but customers are very important and one bad employee can drive them away forever. I thought maybe it was just me, but while filling my drink a another customer was talking about how rude and arrogant he was.

It’s a decent place to eat but lack of help means that the service is slower then usual. If the line is short enjoy a decent meal, if the line is backed up you may do better going somewhere else
