Was just there and getting ice cream for my mom. I decided to get food because my sister and I hadn’t ate. This was a to go order and we were waiting in line. Service was polite and the food was ok, not any fault of the employees it’s just DQ food that could definitely be better but we needed something to eat.

This place is to high on prices. A small drink is 2.39. I can go buy a regular bottle of soda for that. Ordered hash browns they did even put it down on my order. The staff doesn’t even pay attention to what you are saying. I will never go back their again. I did not want to give them a star at all.

In town for the Triathlon, Wanted a couple of Blizzards. No one in line, 1 car in drive thru. 3-5 minutes before we were acknowledged. After taking our order and waiting 20 minutes, I stood back at the counter only to be asked if I had my order taken. “Oh, we are out of that particular flavor, what else would you like? Someone should teach this store how customer service works. One employee at the drive thru yesterday wanted to give me the death stare and went “mute” not saying anything during the entire transaction after handing her my card and she gave me the food… Its like she thought I was going to do something with the way she was looking…. I guess making customers feel uncomfortable is the standard in this town.

I wish I could give no stars. Over charged and didn’t even get what I ordered. I ordered 4 hot dogs. I was told everything was chili, slaw, onions, mustard and ketchup. I ordered 4 everything no onion. Well my hotdogs also had cheese on them. And I was charged 3.39 plus .29 (for the slaw) for each hot dog even though chili dogs are on the 2 for $5 menu. Then we ordered 2 mocha moolattes. They had Carmel in them. They were gross and disgusting. You really need to go literaly ANYWHERE else if you want good food. Also you can’t go inside so when you have an issue you have to get back in the drive thru line to complain or get your order corrected. Seriously just go somewhere else.

At this DQ you will find a limited menu and unless you go early in the morning a rather rude staff that finds it hard to unglue their phones from their hands and actually make sure your customer service experience is a positive one. The food is good and average price. They are still not offering dine in.

There is No Way they are using dairy queen products, the ice cream there is terrible and does not taste close to real dairy queen ice cream. Service is usually rude, food is garbage. if any other restaurant moves in there they are done..
