This establishment needs some order honestly, no one there seems to know what they’re doing and it’s just a mad scramble where nothing is achieved. I don’t blame this on the staff at all, but whoever is in charge needs to hire more people and train them better. Any decent manager knows you can’t have 4 people working a Friday night, in the summer especially. There’s never anyone running the register and they constantly lose orders. We waited an hour for a mobile order and didn’t get it until they asked us what we ordered after they noticed us sitting there forever.

Good desert as always. Very horrible Burger , I think the gas station nextdoor would have a better burger. And weird costomer service, I’d pass if I were you. There is a Wendy’s across the street.

My family and I stopped for ice cream on our way home from Hershey Park. There were about 5 people “working”but there was not much happening with the exception of Cami. Cami was running around doing EVERYTHING while the other workers seemed utterly useless. We overheard her asking one of the other employees coming over to the counter to take an order so that she can answer the phone that was ringing. Meanwhile another worker made our blizzards. She flipped my husband’s soft blizzard for a split second but did not flip mine which was incredibly runny and liquid. I suppose that she could tell by my look that I was not happy with that (also I thought it was policy to flip it but I suppose you can’t flip a runny blizzard) She attempted to make a new one when Cami jumped in and remade it perfectly sturdy and looking the way that we are used to seeing Blizzards look. The reason I am reaching out is because Cami was the only hard working person in the store and she seems to be doing the workload of 5 people. She is a super star and deserves recognition. I called back and asked for her name because I was so impressed with this young girl’s work ethic and customer service skills. Otherwise this store would get 1 star from me. I gave 4 since Cami did an amazing job!

The ice cream was great. The girl working in drive thru was very friendly and helpful. But the wait was really long with only 2 cars in front of us. There were 5 employees out back (right by where the drive-thru was backing up), talking, laughing, and smoking. They were not even worried about how many customers were waiting.

The food here is amazing. I would recommend their hot dogs. The only thing that’s wrong with this dairy queen is their service. They are really slow getting your food even if you only order a cone. Would not recommend coming if you’re in a hurry. Otherwise good.

This dairy queen is consistently the slowest one around with terrible service. Much faster to drive an additional ten minutes to the one in town. Everytime I think this one can’t get any worse they manage to surprise me with a new low.

Worst DQ I’ve ever been too. Alot of people don’t have money just to waste on this places, service and food its been terrible since they opened hasn’t changed yet so pretty sure Corp. Isn’t too worried because they haven’t done anything about the problem yet, that I’ve seen. And I guess all the replies come from an automated email because they all are the same for every review ?

Went to the drive thru only person there. At least 6 people inside and took 10 mins to answer. I will stick with martinsburg Dairy Queen. Disappointed. No one wants to work these days
