This place has made VAST improvements over the past few months. The staff honestly used to be grumpy and rude, borderline mean, literally acted like I was an inconvenience to them…. The staff now is 99% of the time smiling, pleasant and helpful. The store is night and day difference with cleanliness. When I’m there, I ALWAYS see the workers cleaning the machines/tables/countertops/etc. Food is a better quality, always tastes freshly made and prepared, whereas this time last year I wouldn’t be surprised to receive only overcooked and undercooked food in my bag. A few weeks ago I did have to wait a bit longer than normal on my order and so they asked me to park off to the side and wait for my order to bring it out to me. When she brought it out she was so friendly and professional …. She apologized for the long wait, and then gave me two coupons with a handwritten note on them. She thanked me for being patient and apologized again. Now THAT is fantastic customer service! Once again, VAST improvements and keep up the good work!

I went through the drive through for lunch the other day. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a double cheeseburger. I paid and she gave me my milkshake. I waited so long on my burger by the time I got it my milkshake was gone and after I left when I opened the box for my burger the top half of the bun was missing .how can anyone not remember to put the top bun on. Completely unacceptable. I will never eat there again .

Service was slow and they couldn’t hear me through the speaker even though I repeated my order several times and only got half the food we ordered and didn’t even get the ice cream. My kids were upset and I was aggravated none the less bout the service I was polite and even asked if we could get the rest of our food which I was told they had already shut the grill off which we waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes prior to being told that.

The staff generally seems friendly and I am usually pleased with the quality of food. However, this is the slowest location I’ve ever been to. It is not the staff’s fault. It is more of a staffing problem. Simply, there just are not enough employees. We are currently sitting in the drive through, at the speaker and have waited for over 10 mins just here. Management/ownership needs to staff better. Your current staff is over worked and probably under paid. I feel sorry for them.
