We came to DQ for the .85¢ blizzard promo. After checking out we realized we were charged full price. After discussing the issue with cashier Johnpatrick he informed us that the “coupon” on the DQ App needed to be scanned to receive the discount. He then offered to cancel the order and ring it up again to allow us to get the discount. Johnpatrick provided excellent customer service!

Usually a very good place to get amazing food, but this time they gave me water with white powder chunks instead of gravy for my dipping sauce. It was everywhere, dripped all over the box, spilled inside the box, completely inedible and ruined the food. If they cannot prepare their gravy even close to the proper consistency, I would appreciate a courteous notification that it is currently unavailable, at the very least, but instead I get a nasty surprise in a box from employees with obviously nonchalant attitudes. The box has recently become overpriced at over $10 to begin with, but then to just steal my money by handing me garbage for it is absolutely unacceptable.

I took my grandson and we had a blast! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! The ice cream was bursting with toppings so you get some in every bite. We got the bake chicken bites, and onion rings.

Drive thru service was very good. Dip cone was amazing. Fish sandwich had a bitter after taste and extremely salty. I urge you to remove it from your menu. Its not worthy of a repeat buy. DQ is a good place for icecream.

It’s a pretty standard DQ with the exception of the staff, the garbage cans were overflowing in every bin, all the napkins has run out…. the person at the register didn’t know what he was doing (obviously new) and he was also juggling handing out the food but he didn’t know what they looked like so couldn’t match it to the items. If you had a manager on duty they could help reassign people to fill a better role during those “busy” times. As for volume there at were about 12 people in the store but due to the inexperience it took everyone 30 mins to get their orders.

Best place to go when you want to throw your diet out the window for one night. Those blizzards are just . I love them because you get some candy in every bite unlike other places where you taste candies only at the bottom. Customer service is top notch and fast.
