Consistently the worse DQ that I’ve ever been to. I try them 2 or 3 times a year. Most recently, there is an assistant manager that has the worse attitude. She won’t even honor the deals on their own in store menu. I tried to order the 2 for 5 mix and match. She tell the cashier not to honor it because it has to be two of the same thing. Ummm? What does mix ad match mean?? I feel bad for the owners of this franchise.

I order 2 ice cream cones. I saw my cone sitting there for atleast 6 min at drive thru. So when the girl gave me my cone I asked her to make a new one because it was dripping all over the place. She was very rude and threw the icrle cream and got mad and had someone else help me . Never again will I go there . Worst experience. Terrible customer service.

The dining room tables were messy with trash, and ketchup. Outside seating was just as bad as trash cans were not emptied and the tables were swarming with bees. We waited 35 min for food. I saw my order sit under a warmer for 10min before a staff member started handing out food to other customers when I asked for our order I was ignored multiple times. Then the manager started arguing with me from the kitchen that they had many orders and would not listen to the fact my food sat under a warmer and was cold. Lazy Rude Manager and mis -managed staff.

We stood around for a few mins before a rude woman back in the kitchen said “are you ready?” Showed my app to scan , she said they don’t do that here because they don’t have a scanner. We ordered blizzards and she disappeared. Another employee made our blizzards and put them on the counter. No communication to the woman who took our order that they were ready. I finally walked up and asked if I could take them and the employee seemed confused that even asked that question. Then another employee asked me what I said, I asked if I could take them and he said yes. I got my own lid, spoon and napkins and walked out, never again seeing the employee who took our order. We were the only guests in the lobby.

I went in there for the first time yesterday for a cake, I didn’t call ahead or Anything but needed a cake and they didn’t have what I needed. The sweet lady who was working said the person who makes the cake was gone but she could make a new one for me and I could come pick it up in 30 min. Walked in and was instantly met with kindness!! So greatfull the woman could help me out and go that extra mile! The cake also looked awesome!

It’s not often that you get a burger that looks the way it does on the menu! The food was delicious, but the customer service needs some work. I was very friendly and polite with the girl at the window, and she wouldn’t smile or use a friendly tone at all.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would!! This has got to be rudest, most incompetent establishment I have ever been in! All of our ice was incorrect, the cashier didn’t offer to fix them. We were also cheated an ice cream and we’re not provided a receipt to be prove it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! And this is not the first horrible experience we have had here. We have stopped multiple times trying to give them another chance but tonight was it! We are DONE! Don’t waste your time or money!!

Beautiful Food gardening channel
There were staff, they were under 20ish, they disappeared towards the back of the store while we sat at the window. When our food was handed out there was no acknowledgement of our wait nor was there any sign of “happy to help”. And goodness knows, almost $20 for two shakes is almost hwy robbery.
