Only ones line and had to wait. Ive never had anyone have so much issues understanding such a simple order. Pulled up and order was slightly wrong. Then had to wait for rest of order. Never been to a DQ that wouldn’t let me get a shake instead of a drink on an order. Everyone was friendly, but looking at the comments I’m not the first person to experience this.

Dairy Queen is usually amazing with great food and friendly staff. This location is not. We tried this location multiple times over the past few years and have always been met with rude staff and bad food. Today was the last chance. Our order wasn’t taken correctly and had to get a manager to get it sorted out. When we finally got all of our food, it was cold and the blizzards were already melting. We will stick to the great one in Morehead and steer clear of this one.

Both my friend and I came in separate cars, both of our orders were wrong. My second time going I never even ordered because I was waiting for a long time at the drive through without any acknowledgement. Then waited even longer after I said hello, since no one said anything. The wait was way too long.

Was disappointed to say the least. Onion rings were undercooked and the sandwich mustve been under a heating lamp for a long time. Tarter sauce was absorbed into bread and the lettuce was hot, fish wasn’t crispy. It amazes me at what people will serve.

Ordered a single cheeseburger with no mustard….. they gave me a double cheeseburger with mustard. Ordered onion rings….. they gave me french fries. Not that big of a deal, but it wasn’t what I wanted. Ate it anyway. It was good except for the mustard.

If I could give zero stars I would! Disrespect, non compliant, rude people! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. One day they honor the DQ app with deals the next day they don’t honor any deals on it. Manager states “I’m independently owned I can do whatever I want k thanks” looks at her staff and says, “now take her order.” No wonder no one wants to work there!

Please! Whoever owns and runs this DQ, get a new drive through microphone system, a good one. I tried asking a question 3 times and the answers were never relate to what I asked. Then I get to the window and confirm what I ordered and they had a cheeseburger meal? I never said anything near cheeseburger. I kind of felt bad for the teens who have to use that microphone system. Other than the nightmare to order, wait wasn’t long and food was good.
