One star was as low as I could leave a review. There is a reason it’s empty on sundays. Rotisserie chicken was so fatty and full of half cooked veins inside made them inedible. Burgers not good either. This use to be a good place to eat but not anymore. Do not recommend.

The young man whom took our order was just so sweet & had a beautiful smile on his face the whole time. That was a pleasant surprise. The food was great, but only complain I had was the sign called the burger by one name an that’s what I order (it was a to go order) but it was not the same burger as on the sign, it was still good but I was looking forward to the one on the picture. Anyway other than it was a great experience.

Didn’t receive half my order, staff were giggling inside drive thru window about how they messed up my order. Got home and found plastic in my salad as well.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a pineapple sundae and was handed a blizzard. When I said I didn’t ordered a blizzard, the girl at the window ROLLED her eyes at me. I am pretty sure I didn’t not stutter when I ordered. Plus no apology for making it wrong. Not even a “just a minute and we will fix what you ordered “

Dairy queen is an icon in America so the quality is always very good and very consistent. Unfortunately at this location there seems to be no adult management and therefore the service level is much lower than the quality of the ice cream. Kids making our blizzards handed us only partially filled blizzards (about 2/3 full) and when asked to please fill up to the size we paid for the staff was very rude and laughing at us as if we should expect to receive a small when we pay premium pricing for a medium. Management needs to train staff in customer service and work on bringing back customers that don’t enjoy the poor experience at this restaurant. In short, poor management and poor employees working here ruin the icon that is dairy queen ice cream

I love the Dairy Queen in Mauldin. They have the very best banana split and I am addicted to it. It’s my splurge of choice whether I am dining in with family or going through the drive-thru. Family members have said that the burgers are awesome, and I have tried their chicken strips and they were pretty good too. It’s another place where we also get the boy a small cup of vanilla ice cream. We aren’t sure how we created an ice cream addict in our dog but he loves the way that we pull up to a window and are handed food.

The young men taking orders tonight and preparing the ice cream were excellent….pleasant and making sure my order was correct…worked well together as a team.

Asked if they had any cake related toppings (cake batter, brownie, cookie dough) for their blizzards. I would assume that a franchise that makes cakes would have those, but I was told they don’t. That wasn’t the issue in this situation though. I was told that the closest thing they had to cake toppings was the “under the rainbow” milkshake. I was expecting something magical but I was astonished when I took the first sip and tasted artificial strawberry. This could have been a mistake on my part as I don’t know what’s in the “under the rainbow milkshakes” but I didn’t order strawberry milk. There was a lousy spritz of about 5 sprinkles, a teaspoon of whipped cream, and a pathetic mix of ice cream and strawberry syrup. I felt like I was drinking strawberry milk. Personally, I wouldn’t order this again. Food is good, ice cream is not too shabby. Great pretzel bites though.

Standard Dairy Queen with excellent customer service. They took great care of us and our grandchildren. We stopped by for blizzards and milkshakes.
