The person taking orders at the drive-thru had an issue understanding the order. Because of this, I got overcharged for things I didn’t order. I chose not to mention it at the window due to the attitude I received just for driving up. It just was Terrible customer service, but the ice cream was good.

Very disappointed with my first visit at this location yesterday. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 blizzards and a drink. My drink was missing toppings and my cotton candy blizzard had chunks of a peanut butter chocolate bar all THROUGH OUT it. Cotton candy and peanut butter??? Thank goodness I don’t have a peanut butter allergy. But this is very dangerous for kids who do have nut allergies, this is very careless of the staff to do.

The people at the window were very rude. I got a chocolate dipped cone and a blizzard… the ice cream tasted old. I couldn’t even eat it!!! The cone was stale. Huge waste of money. Will never go back

10″ cake is priced $34.95. When it rang up, it showed $36.99. I was told it is a cake tax…but they added sales tax as well. You legally can not add tax to another tax. Haven’t been to DQ in years and probably won’t be going to this one again

Great place to go to. Tried the Butterscotch dipped icream. Very nice and portion of the icecream and burger was great. Also had cheese curds which was great. Great atmosphere and the service was quick.

I went through the drive thru and asked for a chocolate ice cream cone. They repeated my order back to me and only after I paid, left and ate into my cone it’s vanilla. I come back and they say they don’t have chocolate ice cream. Incompetent isn’t even the word I would choose. Why scam instead of saying YOU DONT HAVE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. Waste of my time and money.
